Barbecue pt 4 – the meat!

Firstly, a little bloogy dedication to my American food provider, who gave me a bottle of BBQ sauce from where she’s from 🙂 Which is delicious, and also raised a lovely little cultural difference – that the bottle of BBQ sauce did not even fit in my fridge. Literally nowhere except the bottle rack at the bottom. How cute and small we are here 🙂 Anyway I plonked the sauce on some chicken wings, and although they were (ahem) slightly charred, they were delicious 🙂



Then we had lamb kebabs, taken straight from a BBC food recipe, so I’ll take no credit for that 🙂




And then I made pesto fish parcels, wrapped them in foil and sort of steamed them on the barbecue, then plonked it on some rocket and sprinkled some pine nuts on the top 🙂
